‘Sad Song’ performed live at the Mae Wilson Theatre, Moose Jaw SK, taped live for TV. Featuring the Handsome Strangers backing band: Kory-drums, Rob-bass, Cody-guitar, Jill-backing vox, Amy-Cello, Ian-Trombone. This was the opening song of the concert that night.
‘Sad Song’ - Official Music Video
This music video for ‘Sad Song’ was shot in both Regina SK and Toronto ON (Canada). The old 8mm footage was shot in Regina by Eric Hill, and all other footage was done in Toronto by Alex Colthart / Rawfootage Productions. Thanks to Rainbow Cinemas for the use of the space!

This song has an opera solo written into the middle - and I ask someone from the audience to do it at each show (totally unrehearsed). Sometimes it works…sometimes it doesn’t. This special evening featured the very very talented - KATE PROCTOR. Check this out - she brings the house down! seriously.
